Hello, I'm Christian Giamanco

Team leader of the Real Estate Leaders, brokered by eXp. In 2021, I made the significant transition from being the owner of three top-performing RE/MAX offices in Monmouth and Ocean County to exp Realty. At the time, I had 65 agents across three locations, and I was faced with high franchise fees and liability costs. It often felt like the harder I worked and the more I earned, the more they took from me. Fast forward to 2025, just 3.5 years later, I now lead a growing team of over 100 agents. I am proud to be the team leader of the number one exp team in New Jersey, ranked 14th in the country as of December 31, 2024.

Joining eXp has lifted a substantial burden from my shoulders regarding liability, allowing me to concentrate on my personal business and better support my agents' success. The revenue share and stock program have proven to be highly lucrative for me, providing additional income every month. During the recent NAR changes, eXp's support was invaluable. They managed all compliance issues for me and kept my agents informed in a timely manner, putting us ahead of many other brokerages in the industry.
l'm also proud to be part of the Leaders Edge Network, which I co-founded with Deanna Fahy Brown and Gene Krutansky. We all transitioned from the franchise brokerage model at the same time, bringing over 180 agents to eXp. Now, our network has expanded to more than 500 agents across New Jersey, including Monmouth, Ocean, Burlington, Middlesex, and Gloucester counties. We have also added some other great leaders to our network, including Mark McKenna from Pat McKenna REALTORS® and Mathew Rowack from The Rowack Real Estate Team.
