Christian Giamanco is a top-producing NAR Member Associate and team leader with eXp Realty, bringing over 20 years of experience to the Monmouth and Ocean County markets. As the co-founder of the Leaders Edge Network and leader of The Real Estate Leaders, Christian oversees a powerhouse team of over 100 agents. Under his leadership, The Real Estate Leaders has become one of the most successful and fastest-growing organizations within eXp Realty—consistently recognized as the top eXp group in New Jersey and one of the top teams nationwide.
Christian has personally closed over $750 million in sales, holds a 5-star rating on Zillow, and is consistently ranked among the top 20 agents out of 13,000+ across Monmouth and Ocean Counties. His proven track record and reputation for excellence have earned him numerous industry awards and widespread recognition from both clients and peers.
A lifelong resident of the region, Christian’s deep local roots give him a unique edge. He holds a degree in Business Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and spent more than 15 years on Wall Street, working on the floors of the American and New York Stock Exchanges before transitioning to real estate.

Outside the office, Christian is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife, Pamela, and their three grown children—Ava, Sofia, and Max—as well as their beloved Boxer, Chloe. He’s passionate about golf, sports, and the coastal lifestyle of the Jersey Shore.
