Carole Kubis
Carole has been a Top Professional FULL-TIME Agent since 1978 and a member of the Monmouth County Board of REALTOR®, earning Million Dollar Status since 1980.
This past year, she received the REALTOR® Emeritus Status award. This award is given to individuals who have held membership in the National Association as a REALTOR®, or a combination of both, for a cumulative period of 40 years in one or more Associations of REALTOR® and are a valuable and lasting contributor to the real estate profession and the community.
Carole is a winner of numerous company awards, state awards, and office awards. She has been a top sales associate in Monmouth County and the state of New Jersey. Her Dedication, Perseverance, and Commitment to clients have contributed to her success.
Carole is a LIFETIME member of the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club, with over 40 Years of Million Dollar Sales status. She has been included in the TOP 100 AGENTS out of 37,000 sales reps. In May of 2001, Carole received the prestigious recognition of placement into the TOP GLOBAL 100 AGENTS – Commissions Roster Worldwide by Realty Executives International. In 1999, Carole established her real estate brokerage “KUBIS REALTY GROUP” and, after two decades of helping her clients find their dream home, has now joined The Real Estate Leaders brokered by eXp Realty.
